Job Title: Project Coordinator – Electronic Health Record Division

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination: Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Meeting Management: Organize, lead, and document project meetings, providing clear status updates and actionable takeaways.
3. Communication: Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and team members.
4. Task Management: Monitor task assignments, follow up on deadlines, and maintain progress updates in project management systems.
5. Status Reporting: Compile and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project plans.
Qualifications:
