🔹 Groundworkers (Night & Day Shifts) – PTS & Dumper Ticket (Some roles require CAT C License)
As a Groundworker, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
*
Operating plant machinery, including dumpers (if licensed)
*
Installing drainage systems, kerbing, and concreting
*
Supporting excavation, trenching, and foundation work
*
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards
🔹 360 Machine Operator (Day Shifts) – PTS, Lifting Ops & Blue CPCS
Key duties:
*
Operating 360-degree excavators safely and efficiently
*
Conducting lifting operations in compliance with safety regulations
*
Assisting with excavation, grading, and material movement
*
Performing daily equipment checks and routine maintenance
🔹 Crane Supervisor (Day Shifts) – PTS & Blue CPCS
Responsibilities include:
*
Overseeing lifting operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
*
Coordinating with site managers and lifting teams for safe execution
*
Conducting equipment and safety checks before operations
*
Supervising crane operators and ground teams to maintain efficiency
🔹 Groundworkers (Day Shifts) – PTS, CSCS & Experience Required
As a Groundworker, your role will involve:

Site preparation and manual labor
*
Operating small tools and assisting plant operators
*
Ensuring correct installation of utility services and infrastructure
*
Following health and safety procedures diligently
🔹 Groundworks Supervisor – PTS, SMSTS/SSSTS
Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising groundworks teams to meet project deadlines
*
Coordinating with engineers and site managers to execute plans
*
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safety measures are followed
*
Managing materials, equipment, and workforce on-site
