Sales Coordinator - Huntingdon - 23,000/27,000 ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator for our client, a market leader in their industry who continue to grow and dominate their market. Responsibility for first class customer experience to include: o Act as a first point of contact for customers with order enquiries and making sure they are booked on o Liaising with internal departments, such as transport to ensure best service is received by the customer o Logging all enquiries, collating, and sending quotations when necessary o Checking purchase orders o Communicating regularly with customers, managing expectations, ETAS, and updating on delays o Portal support o Invoice Queries & Ticket Requests o Managing complaint calls, taking all details, and raising to correct department o Taking and booking on orders o Identify cross selling and up-selling opportunities Organising refunds for customers for Supervisor to sign off. Setting up companies and individual site contacts on the portal. Diary/Inbox management for Sales, to include multiple inbox management. Collating incoming sales enquiries via email, phone and through sales representatives. Opening accounts for customers. Liaising with internal department such as transport to ensure best service is received by the customer. Identify cross selling and up-selling opportunities and gather further information on enquiries. General administration duties including report production, data analysis, completing supplier/subcontractor questionnaires, scanning, producing proformas, organising tickets, printing and filing. Any ad hoc duties required for Sales Representatives. You will need strong Customer Service Skills and be able to up-sell in this position, all training will be given for the successful candidate.
