The Peterborough Board of Finance seeks a highly experienced and skilled Independent Chair to lead the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisory Panel. This esteemed panel brings together expertise from various sectors, including Diocesan officers, advisory and pastoral staff, Statutory Local Government, Police, and Probation Services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the public or voluntary sector at a senior level, with the ability to command respect within a multi-agency Panel. They should possess a deep understanding of the Statutory frameworks for Safeguarding of children and adults, including legislation, government guidance, and the highest standards of practice.
* Contract type: Self-Employed
* Agreed fee: £500 per 8-hour day
