Job Title – Ski Travel Concierge

Our client is a ski tour operator based in West London and they are seeking a Ski Travel Concierge on an initial year contract basis that could turn into a full-time role.
In the role you will manage all post-sale enquiries and client documentation.
You will work alongside the sales team to ensure that the needs of the customer are met while maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to after-sales enquiries from direct clients and travel agents via telephone calls, emails, online sales chat, and social media.
* Daily bookings check procedure, resolving any queries.
* Responsibility for the accurate processing of booking amendments and cancellations.
* Obtain any outstanding passenger names and details.
* Responsible for the distribution of post-invoice and pre-departure emails.
* Action client payments accurately and efficiently and chase any outstanding client balances.
* Sell ski packs and additional extras to enhance the customer experience.
* Ensure high standards of customer care when dealing with clients and recording customer feedback.
* Maintain good levels of product knowledge for all programmes, including our chalets, self-catering, and hotel accommodation.
Requirements:
* An interest in skiing or snowboarding.
* Ideally travel experience and a fantastic telephone manner.
* Desire to offer high levels of customer service.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook programmes.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Well organized.
* Flexible and enthusiastic approach to working in and supporting a team.
* Fluent in English.
