LSH Auto is excited to announce an opening for a Handover Experience Partner at our prestigious dealership in Stockport. In this vital role, you will ensure that every customer undergoes a seamless and memorable vehicle handover experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the final stages of their purchase, explaining their new vehicle's features and answering any questions they may have. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and contribute to enhancing our overall customer service reputation.
By combining expert product knowledge and outstanding interpersonal skills, you will help turn every handover into a special moment for our customers, reflecting the high standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting engaging vehicle handover sessions for customers.
* Providing comprehensive explanations of vehicle features, functions, and technologies.
* Dressing the vehicle to meet presentation standards.
* Ensuring all paperwork, including finance and service information, is clear and well explained.
* Building excellent relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
* Gathering customer feedback to continuously improve the handover experience.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Basic knowledge of automotive technology is a plus.
* Organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving license.
