WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
You will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines from a variety of stakeholders and employees of The Celtic Collection.
A first-class multitasker with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your own initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take an alternative approach when necessary.
A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate is necessary for this role. Previous experience in and administrative role is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Handle all enquiries promptly, in accordance with the department Service Level Agreement, ensuring that every caller receives a friendly and efficient response. Systems administration and maintaining accurate records.
Take minutes for a variety of meetings and produce the documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Produce and distribute emails and reports as requested. Always maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality when dealing with issues. Assist the team with all admin duties
