Job Description The Job Mission As a Senior Engineering Systems Coordinator, you will take a lead role in managing configuration processes and ensuring technical compliance for the Hinkley Point C project. With significant autonomy, you will oversee complex technical challenges, ensure adherence to industry standards, and drive best practices across your area of responsibility. This hybrid role is based in Bridgwater, with flexible remote work options, subject to project needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement configuration management processes for your assigned project area. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for configuration-related matters within your scope. Provide expert guidance on resolving technical issues, design changes, and compliance challenges. Coordinate the integration of configuration updates across multidisciplinary engineering teams. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure alignment with project and industry standards. Monitor and control configuration records, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle. Actively participate in redline reviews and manage updates to technical documentation. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to optimize configuration strategies and improve processes. Qualifications Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering, or equivalent technical experience. Extensive experience in configuration management or systems coordination on large-scale projects. Advanced knowledge of mechanical or electrical technical documentation, configuration processes, and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across multidisciplinary teams. High attention to detail, with experience maintaining and auditing technical records. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and engineering-specific software.✔️ Desired Skills: Familiarity with EPR-E nuclear design or similar technical standards. Knowledge of quality management processes and conducting technical audits. Practical experience in plant construction or infrastructure projects.
