Salary: £26,000
Hours: 8am-5pm (slight flex available)
Location: Currently in Sydenham and moving to Orpington in December

Key Duties:
💼 Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the office areas.
☎️ Assisting with the main switchboard and transferring calls.
🍵 Arranging refreshments for Director's meetings.
🚗 Managing transportation, hotel arrangements, and non-stock items.
📊 Managing internal spreadsheets and supporting the preparation of monthly sales meetings.
🍽️ Ordering food for the canteen and keeping track of inventory.
📞 Supporting the returns team via phone, data input, and client communication.
🤝 Assisting the Admin/HR Manager as required.
📬 Sorting mail and managing post.
📝 Purchasing stationery and other internal use items.
👨💼 Providing admin support to the Directors and their family.
🔄 Managing customer and supplier returns.
