The International Admissions Officer will play a key role in the international admissions function for the University of Hertfordshire and will support the recruitment and commercial functions of the International Office. Main Duties and responsibilities Key duties include processing international and EU applications, making offers, clearing academic and English language conditions and liaising with international and EU applicants via phone and email to enable them to apply and gain an offer of a place at the University. You will have the responsibility of managing and leading a regional team of International Administrators to achieve the University’s agreed recruitment targets. Skills and experience required Experience of managing the delivery of excellent customer service and have organisational and IT skills. Proven administrative experience in international admissions is essential. You should be committed to providing a high-quality service and have good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Experience of customer relationship management systems (CRM), student record systems, knowledge of international or EU qualifications or the ability to speak a foreign language would all be advantageous.
