A growing team is looking for a CRM Lead (Technical Manager) to take ownership of their Braze platform (or similar ESP/CDP) and drive automation across multiple brands. This is a key role to optimize customer engagement and CRM performance.

A leading hospitality brand with multiple UK businesses. Their CRM team has expanded from 2 to 12 members in just three years, offering centralized expertise across multiple brands. With 3000+ automated touchpoints, they need a CRM expert to improve automation, enhance personalization, and work closely with Product, CRM, and Data teams.
THE ROLE
As CRM Lead (Technical Manager), you will oversee and evolve CRM capabilities using Braze or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize the Braze platform for email and push automation
2. Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Data teams to execute high-quality campaigns
