We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6 month FTC to join our busy Talent Acquisition Team!
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will be responsible for full recruitment life cycle for your recruitment portfolio to ensure we acquire the best talent for AXA’s strategic ambition and that we position AXA as an Employer of Choice.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work in very close partnership with other members of the TA and People team as well as your hiring managers to build and manage a diverse talent pool of candidates and ensure TA requirements across your portfolio are delivered.
1. Responsible for developing and delivering Talent Acquisition strategies within your portfolio that position AXA as an Employer of Choice
2. Manage a portfolio of 15+ campaigns at any one time for early and mid-career roles for all functions across the business.
3. Deliver a best practice, inclusive, operationally efficient and cost-effective talent acquisition delivery including attraction, selection and assessment methodologies against agreed cost, quality and time driven KPI’s
4. Build & maintain internal & external networks in AXA & the industry to gain a solid understanding of the relevant markets and competitor landscape and be able to provide market intelligence to the People Team & Hiring Managers (HMs)
5. Design and deliver analysis of external and internal data, and analysis of resourcing scenarios to support the development of key insights and the development of the strategic workforce plan.
6. Deliver a great and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
7. Coach and guide the HM through the assessment & selection process, ensuring the appropriate selection methods are used to drive objective decision making
8. Deliver within process controls to ensure compliant with all regulatory, legal requirements and timelines.
What we’re looking for:
• 3 + years Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience. Inhouse TA experience extremely beneficial.
• CIPD qualified or relevant HR/Recruitment qualification or working towards, with working knowledge of employment legislation both NI & ROI
• Excellent stakeholder management and balancing skills with proven ability to build relationships and deal with expectations of multiple hiring managers
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and comfortable engaging with people at all levels
• A strong ability to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency
• Commercial awareness, and inquisitive mindset with the ability to produce meaningful MI and Insights
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work on own initiative, focused on deadlines and works well with ambiguity
• A real passion for ensuring that the candidate experience is at the heart of all we do
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
