We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacist to join our Clinical Leadership Team to support the Associate Director of Pharmacy in the day-to-day management of Clinical Pharmacy Services and lead the maintenance and development of the Trust-wide electronic prescribing system. Main duties of the job o To support the Associate Director of Pharmacy - Clinical Services in the management, service delivery, continuing modernisation, and development of a safe, efficient and proactive clinical pharmacy service. o Together with Divisional colleagues, lead the delivery of the Trust medicines optimisation strategy within the Women & Childrens Division o Support trust digital and data leads in the optimisation of the trusts EPR system with respect to medicines and pharmacy services.
