AJS are looking for a well organised, methodical thinking person to join our team to support our Engineering functions within the business. The key duties of the role will include the following:
* Manage AJS fleet of vehicles effectively (Such as Booking MOT, Servicing and repairs) minimising operational downtime and cost
* Ensuring all legal checks and regular equipment inspections are carried out,
* Manage all company assets, including allocation, whereabouts and current condition
* Make Sure PPE and branded clothing is available and stock system kept accurate
* Arrange accommodation and transport for engineers both in the UK and Europe
* Procure items efficiently following requests and ensure the status of these orders are communicated
* Understanding of prioritisation and flexibility to meet multiple requests and demands
* Support with Site and office requirements when needed.

Salary of £25,000 - £27,000
* Hours are Monday to Friday - 40 Hours per week
* Located in Holbeach Lincolnshire
