Are you an organised and personable individual with a passion for supporting a meaningful cause? Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Supported Self-Help Practitioner!
As a Supported Self-Help Practitioner, you will manage a caseload of clients accessing a six-week self-help course for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, anger, grief and loss, understanding menopause, money and mental health, and loneliness. You will support clients through the self-help resources.
You will check in with your clients to offer support and guidance, and to signpost them to support networks and relevant community services to help them on their journey to better mental health.

Who we are looking for
We are hiring two Supported Self Help Practitioners. In addition to your skills and experience working with people with mental health issues, you'll have strong interpersonal skills to work with other health professionals and you'll be well organised, managing your own diary and reporting requirements.
This role will be based at Citizens Advice Bucks in High Wycombe and Aylesbury and is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.
