A council in Lancashire needs a Senior Surveyor to guide a graduate and take a chunk of the workload.
The role is OUTSIDE IR35 - £400 a day.
You will be doing valuations for disposals, rents, leases, and licenses, working across an operational and commercial portfolio.
The closer you live the better, as the council would like 2/3 days in the office per week.
