Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our progressive countywide MSK Service, for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to take up a 2 month secondment to the role of Team Manager Physiotherapist.
The Team Manager Physiotherapist will provide local leadership and day-to-day management of the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy Team in Kerrier and, with support from the Senior Operational Manager, Operational Leads, MSK Clinical Lead, and Lead FCP, will work in partnership with the local Primary Care Network to deliver a First Contact Practitioner physiotherapy service from within the team.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and people management skills, excellent organisational skills, and a broad range of clinical knowledge and experience. Previous Team Lead or equivalent experience would be an advantage but not essential for this role, where significant support will be given by the MSK leadership team.
This secondment is open to MSK Physiotherapists currently at Band 6 or above and would be an ideal opportunity for those wishing to gain valuable leadership knowledge and experience.
For further information or an informal discussion please contact Josh Insley or Maria Stickland.
