Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life every day? Are you looking for genuine job satisfaction?
Then join Dimensions as a Support Worker enabling people with Learning Disabilities to live their best lives.
Every day will be busy and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to maintain their independence, develop new skills, and embrace new opportunities. The people you will be supporting live busy lives, and all of them want to be out and about, making the most of each day.
There are many activities you will be getting involved in, so if you are looking for a bit of variety in your work life, then this might just be the place for you. You could be playing on the PlayStation one day, going for a walk the next, or even going for a day trip out to the beach. You will also have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles when finding and planning new and exciting interests for the ladies and gentlemen to get stuck into.
We have a full-time and part-time role (22.5 hours or 37.5 hours), and shift patterns are between the hours of 7.30 am - 9.30 pm.
Car drivers are preferred but not essential as there are 2 automatic mobility vehicles at this home.
Applications will be shortlisted on receipt, and interviews will be held until the posts are filled.
