Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment campaigns from start to finish, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and headhunting candidates. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as candidate communication and arranging interviews. Maintain and update recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate and prepare interview materials for candidates and hiring managers. Handle candidate queries and provide updates throughout the recruitment process. Support the onboarding process for new hires. Assist with creating recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in recruitment or sales. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong attention to detail. Desirable: Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment software. Knowledge of recruitment and administration.
