Our client, a dedicated charity organisation, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their vibrant team in Islington, London. This is a temporary, full-time position with the potential for extension.
📅 Contract Details:
Start Date: Monday, 28th April
Handover: Wednesday, 23rd April
Duration: 4 weeks, with possible extension
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM or 10AM - 6PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
Office Days: Tuesday & Wednesday in the office; Monday, Thursday, and Friday from home
Location: Just 4 minute walk from Finsbury Park train station 🚉💰 Salary: £14.50 per hour
What You'll Do:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing our client's brand and outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating Marketing Materials: Designing marketing materials, including brochures, slides, and invitations using Indesign and Canva 🎨
Visual Content Creation: Creating eye-catching visual assets for social media platforms using Canva 📱
Brand Management: Maintaining up-to-date logos and sharing them with partners and colleagues while adhering to brand guidelines
E-Communications: Collaborating with the Digital Coordinator to deliver compelling industry and public-facing e-communications, including sourcing opportunities and drafting content
Media Monitoring: Monitoring the Press inbox and forwarding relevant inquiries to the Head of PR & Marketing and Head of Communications & Public Affairs
Media Coverage Logging: Track media coverage for reporting purposes, contributing to our marketing strategy 📈
Website Updates: Work alongside the Digital Coordinator to keep website content fresh and engaging.
Other Duties: Be flexible to assist with any other reasonable tasks as required
Who You Are:
