What You’ll Do:
* Manage recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
* Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, advising on policies, employee relations, and compliance.
* Support onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires into a fast-moving workplace.
* Ensure HR compliance with UK employment regulations and internal policies.
* Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
* Coordinate company events, travel, and office operations to support international teams.
What You Bring:
* HR experience, ideally in recruitment, employee relations, or compliance.
* A CIPD qualification (or working towards it) or a relevant degree.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, people-first approach.
