The Vacancy
ABOUT US
Our Boys2Men programme improves lives and outcomes of boys and young men (BYM) involved in or on the cusp of criminality and have come to the attention of local agencies. The programme enables boys and young men to understand boy to man transition, exploring the idea of masculinity and effect of role models, both positive and negative within family and in peer groups, including gangs and on male development. It challenges boys and young men to consider how their individual behaviour impacts their lives and the lives of others, whilst offering a safe and supportive space for reflection and personal growth.
