Orka Financial have started working with a global business based in Slough who are looking for an experienced all round Finance Assistant, who has hands on experience within both Accounts Payable and Receivable, to join their well established finance team. This role is fully office based.Key Responsibilities: Processing and issuing invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner. Monitoring and maintaining records of accounts payable and receivable, along with credit control. Assisting with expense claims and supporting the overall expense administration process. Supporting the preparation of financial reports and compliance documentation. Being involved with contributing to month-end processes and managing fixed asset data. Liaising effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required to support the Finance Team. Key Skills: Proven experience in a finance or accounting role. AAT qualification or equivalent experience in accountancy and finance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Able to manage deadlines and multitask effectively in both team settings and independent work. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 DOE plus further benefits
