An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Warwick/Stratford Hospital Outpatients nursing team as a Clinical Support Worker in this expanding department. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who has the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
You will be expected to have the flexibility to work within all areas of the Department and we are looking for someone who is positive, progressive, and forward-thinking.
Previous Outpatient experience (minimum of 1 year) is desirable.
Hours of work: Part time / Full Time.
Shifts:
1. 08.00 – 13.30 hrs
2. 12.30 – 18.00 hrs
3. 08.00 – 18.00 hrs
The service runs from Monday to Saturday and there may be some evening work and occasional weekend clinics involved.
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high-quality, caring, and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional, working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW), you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
