Location: Hybrid - based in Portishead
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + performance-related bonus of up to 15%
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. You will also support the finance team in broader financial functions when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, process payroll, and ensure timely payments.
* Tax Compliance: Ensure payroll taxes are accurately calculated and submitted, staying updated on relevant regulations.
* Deductions & Benefits: Manage employee deductions, pensions, and benefits administration.
* Employee Records: Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee information.
* Timekeeping Management: Verify timesheets and ensure correct tracking of hours, overtime, and PTO.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations, tax compliance, and employment laws.
* Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines efficiently.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
