* Build productive, working relationships with key stakeholders and other departments
* Ensure compliance with legislation
* Completion of KPI's
* Deliver cost-effective services
* Participate in budget management and identify efficiencies and potential savings
* Support with recruitment, rotas and managing staff hours
* Contribute to Health & Safety for the site
What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have proven experience supporting the management of a large and varied team and associated rota development understanding. Additionally,
* Experience of working with budgets, identifying savings and efficiencies
* Proven experience of participation in recruitment, training, mentoring, development and performance management.
* Ability to assess and manage risk
* Able to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
* Able to produce reports to show compliance
* Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence change
