URGENTLY seeking a Part 145 Planning Officer in South Wales for a short-term contract. You will manage all aspects of aircraft planning related to Part 145 maintenance activities. Immediate start. Full-time, onsite contract role (Mon-Fri). Pay rate dependent on each candidate's individual experience. (Please advise your expected hourly rate) with your application. Main Responsibilities of the Part 145 Planning Officer: Evaluate work scopes for capacity Identify material and tooling requirements from work scopes Create and stage work orders Plan work orders, ensuring on resource availability Co-Chair aircraft pre-input meetings with the Maintenance Manager Manage communications with CAMOs regarding work packages, work orders and project progress Management of technical records Management of technical publications Ideal candidate profile: Strong motivational skills to bring out the best in team members. Good commercial acumen Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results. Positive approach towards identifying problems and solutions Highly organised person, capable of coordinating complex and dynamic projects Good communication and team working skills 3 years airline or MRO industry experience in maintenance planning (3rd party MRO experience advantageous) In depth knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 legislation Strong MS Excel skillset MS project experience advantageous Fluent in English If you are interested in applying for this position and you meet the requirements, please apply immediately.
