Effective communication you would be working closely with and assisting the Food
and Beverage Manager in leading and inspiring the restaurant and bar
operations, ensuring a seamless, personalised and memorable guest experience.
This role requires visible leadership, creativity, a flair for mixology, a
willingness to learn all about stock control as well as a
desire to learn budget management and a strong commitment to
motivating and developing a team. The role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
requires you to have a full 360-degree scope of all aspects of the Food and
Beverage department and overall guest experience.
Collaborate
with the Food and Beverage Manager as well as the Food and Beverage Supervisors
in inspiring the restaurant and bar teams, fostering a culture of creativity,
passion and excellence. You will provide visible and proactive leadership on
the floor, engaging with guests and team to ensure high standards of service.
Play a part in developing and implementing a continuous improvement and
training program to enhance team skills and performance.
