**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team at a local primary school in Gayton, Norfolk. If you have a passion for supporting learners with additional needs and are looking for a rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will have experience working with students who have SEN or Disabilities in a mainstream or special needs school setting. You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, assisting with lesson planning, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to students with SEN or Disabilities
* Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
* Monitor student progress and report to teachers
* Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with students who have SEN or Disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Patient and understanding approach when working with students with SEN or Disabilities
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
