The Role: Master Technician
We are looking for a qualified Diagnostic Master Technician to join our team, responsible for carrying out diagnostic routines, repairs and testing of vehicles in a professional and safe manner as assigned, in accordance with dealer and factory standards. You will also need to be EV Qualified.
This role would suit an experienced Master Technician / Mechanic with the knowledge and experience to be able to identify problems and solutions promptly for your customers.

Salary displayed is OTE (opportunity to earn).
What will I do on a daily basis?
* Inspect customers’ vehicles/goods, prior to and on completion of service, maintenance or repair work.
* Undertake diagnosis of repair requirements to vehicles.
* Conduct electronic visual health checks (eVHC) on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
* Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair in a safe and efficient manner to MOT and manufacturer standards.
* Procure parts required to complete the work instructions.
* Ensure a final inspection of all work is implemented and when requested, fully test if safety related or a customer concern.
* Record accurate details of work done on Repair Order and other information required by policy and statutory procedure.
* Compliance with Departmental and Company Policy, Statutory Legislation, Health and Safety, CVP.
* Participate in on-going training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date.
* Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicable.
Required skills and experience
You will be a Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with a full UK driving licence, ideally with manufacturer experience. In addition to your prior experience, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
* A strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
* Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year.
