The Duty Supervisor role is built upon organisation within a varied and fast-paced environment to ensure a positive end-to-end experience for all our customers, whether they are visiting our shop, having a Brewery Tour or using our unique spaces for an event. As part of a team of 6, including you, you will work closely with our tour guides and assistants as well as internal stakeholders in our Property, Brewing and Retail departments.

12. Working Hours: Full-time, hours per week, spread over Monday - Sunday, including evenings. Actual working hours will vary due to the nature of the role and will be confirmed in advance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
13. Assist in the day-to-day running of all Visitor Centre spaces anddelivery of operations
14. Ensure a welcoming front-of-house presence is delivered to teammembers and customers at all times
15. Support in identifying opportunities to enhance the customerexperience and grow the business
16. Identify new sales leads to maximise business growth
17. Develop relationships with new and existing clients to promoterepeat custom
18. Handle customer enquiries for future bookings
19. Support in the running of our functions and events, from setting up rooms to closing down
The Ideal Candidate:
20. Demonstrableexperience in a similar role, including but not limited to hospitality orfront-of-house
21. Conscientious with astrong commitment to providing excellent customer service to our customers fora memorable event
22. Friendly andapproachable with the ability to effectively communicate difficultconversations with external stakeholders, both written and verbal
23. Diligent with astrong attention to detail and accuracy
24. Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) and data analytical skills
25. Organised toeffectively prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced and agiledepartment, assisting other tasks as required
26. Flexibility to cover other departmental tasks or assist as required
