Skybus has a vacancy for a Seasonal Passenger Handling Assistant, based at St Mary’s Airport.
Duties include:
1. Passenger check-in and aircraft dispatch
2. Completion of load sheets
3. Assisting passengers during times of disruption
4. Dealing with general customer enquiries and visiting pilots
5. Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications and requirements:
A good general education, excellent communication, customer service and computer skills. You should be flexible towards working hours. Passenger handling, customer service and systems training will be provided.
Hours:
Rostered shifts to meet the airline’s requirements. This is a seasonal position, 40 hours per week. Working days are Monday to Saturday, normally 10½ hour shifts with a daily break of 30 minutes.
