Fixed Term Contract until 31/03/2025 Here at Stonewater, we are on the lookout for a Filing Administrator to create, update, and maintain records of company documents, including reports, correspondence, invoices, and legal files. Organising physical and electronic files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, youll label, categorise, and store files systematically for easy retrieval, scan and digitise physical files for electronic storage and regularly update and audit filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Adhering to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, etc.) and ensuring sensitive files are stored securely and access is limited to authorised personnel, youll dispose of outdated or unnecessary files following retention policies and manage file transfers to archives or off-site storage. This role is based at our office in Whetstone on the outskirts of Leicester, within the post room. Working hours are 8.30-16:30. The ideal candidate will: Have a genuine passion to work within a customer focused / administrative environment, delivering an exceptional level of service to both internal and external customers. Have high personal standards and a keen eye for detail. Be able to organise personal workload and work on own initiative. Be a logical thinker with good problem-solving skills. Be competent using IT applications. Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
