1. Conducting essential safety checks, alarm testing, and maintaining accurate logs
2. Acting as the primary contact for customers' queries, concerns, and complaints
3. Facilitating community activities and social events to foster connections
4. Working with local agencies to coordinate appropriate support
5. Ensuring on-site facilities like guest rooms and laundries are well-maintained
6. Reporting potential hazards and following up on maintenance issues
7. Managing relationships between customers with diplomacy and respect
8. Responding to emergencies according to established procedures

Essential:
15. Full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance

The role is based across two schemes in Bath, with occasional visits to our offices for team meetings. While Tuesday and Thursday are fixed days for essential testing, we're open to discussing how the 30 hours can be worked to best suit you and our customers.
