Retention & Sales Administrator
Role Responsibilities of the Retention & Sales Administrator:
• Contact Customers post grace period who have placed and order but not scheduled an installation to all for efficient maximisation of the installation calendar
• Manage retention and renewal of existing customer connections as contracts fall due for renewal to maximise forward cash flow.
• Report on renewal rates and adhere to KPI’s for conversion of existing contracts to new contract terms at target renewal rate.
• Contact customers who have placed a cancellation vis the portal to check reason for cancellation and offer assistance if it is due to customer journey issues and try and secure the order and installation booking.
• Participate in team meetings, training and activities
• Use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in scheduling procedures
Skills and Requirements of the Retention & Sales Administrator:
• Scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment
• Confident liaising with Customers
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages
• A positive approach to work
• Excellent organisation skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Be IT literate with good presentation skills
• Developed negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
