Ambrose Avenue Practice has an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance manager to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be the central point for financial management, covering all aspects of the organisation, with the primary responsibility to maximize income generation for the practice. Main duties include: Managing and reconciling bank accounts. Handling financial administration. Completing claims, budgets, and forecasts. Managing invoices, handling partner payments. Liaising with HMRC, pensions regulators, and practice accountants. Ensuring compliance with finance regulations and legislation. Occasionally, there may be a requirement to carry out additional tasks depending on workload and staffing levels. About the Candidate To be considered for this position, you will require the following: Experience in finance, accounts, and administration. Experience in payroll management and accounting software systems. The ability to work independently, accurately, and in an organized manner is essential. Possess excellent communication skills, be a team player. Be organised and have a passion for delivering high standards in patient care. Experience in a general practice or healthcare setting.
