Job Description
Energis is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our clients small finance team based in Newtownabbey.
This role is initially on a contract basis with the opportunity of becoming permanent. There is also an option for hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Invoicing
2. Proof of Delivery ( POD ) management
3. Production of Key Performance indicators and reporting of same
4. Supplier invoice Processing
5. Other Finance / Admin duties as required.
Criteria:
6. Previous relevant experience in a Finance / Accounts role
7. Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel.
8. Ability to work to deadlines.
9. A team player.
10. Excellent attention detail.
11. Strong communication skills.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 830am – 5pm.
