The Position
Employment type: Full-time
Remote status: Hybrid - 3 days in Hove office p/w
Salary: £30,000-£34,000 + uncapped monthly commission (OTE £40k+)
Reporting to: Head of Sales
The Opportunity
Network My Club are looking for driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join the team and grow membership and events across a specific region.
You will be accountable for proactively generating new business with SMEs across a region with specific focus on our networking events at some of the UK's most iconic and prestigious sporting venues.
With the likes of the The Kia Oval, Allianz Stadium, Amex Stadium and many others being part of our event venue partners.
This role comes with potential to grow with the business, and join our journey of achieving ambitious plans to expand across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
* Driving membership and event sales across your region
* Proactively generating target market fit leads across your region
* Nurturing prospects from lead to membership
* Managing your own sales pipeline
* Utilising a variety of sales strategies to meet sales goals
* Attending Network My Club events within your region
* Attending external networking events and exhibitions across your region
* Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
Who You Are - What We're Looking For
* Proven sales track record - with 2+ years experience, the ability to create new leads, and most importantly, a natural closer.
* Target driven and self-motivated - you’re nimble in finding ways around objections and gets a buzz from achieving and exceeding targets.
* A true networker and people person - you’re a warm, natural conversationalist, who can walk into any room and build strong rapport and relationships at all levels.
* Highly organised and disciplined - you’re comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment with the ability to manage a many sales opportunities at different stages.
* Multi-channel communicator - you’re able to communicate with senior level stakeholders via a range of methods, including phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and others.
* EOS obsessed - we run the company on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), and you’ll be prepared to learn, and live and breathe the system and tools alongside the team.
