Job Description Job Role Overview: In this rewarding role, you'll provide compassionate support to elderly clients during their morning and evening routines, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and supported. You'll assist with personal care, meal preparation, and organising the day in the morning, and help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication prompts, and evening personal care. Additionally, you may run errands, provide sensitive dementia care, offer emotional support, and accompany clients to appointments or social outings. As a care support worker, you’ll make a meaningful difference in your clients' lives every day, helping them feel supported and engaged. What You Can Look Forward To: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with alternating weekends. Depending on your availability, your hours will range from 25 to 40 hours per week. Competitive Pay: £24,960 (Pro-Rata) Paid Travel Time: Get compensated for your travel time between clients for a rate of £11.44 per hour. Paid Mileage: 35p per mile to cover petrol costs.
