Job summary We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Secretary to join our Learning Disabilities Department on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the administration team, consultants, associate specialists, and other allied health professionals. We seek a candidate who can work independently, collaborate effectively with others, and take initiative when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT and typing skills, alongside a passion for delivering high-quality customer care. Manage daily correspondence and inquiries. Handle telephone calls, relay messages on behalf of the specialty team, and take appropriate action when needed. Organize and prioritize your workload efficiently, escalating any concerns to the Band 4 as required. Accurately type various forms of clinical correspondence as dictated by medical staff, using both audio and copy typing methods.
