If so, APPLY NOW Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our well established client. Job Duties: Accurately set up customers in the sales system. Process orders on the sales system. Providing support to the sales team, including processing orders. Handling customer enquiries including taking calls and responding via email. Maintaining accurate and up to date customer data. Liaising with colleagues/departments to ensure a smooth process and to quickly resolve any issues that may occur. Track orders and provide PODs (Proof of Delivery), interacting with couriers as necessary. General administration duties. Some warehouse duties including receiving goods, packaging up outgoing goods and operating FLT. Requirements: Sage experience is essential. Strong IT skills. Strong team player but happy to work independently. Positive and enthusiastic with a passion to learn and deliver fantastic customer service. Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities. Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 Per Annum (DOE). Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:45pm & Fridays 8:30am - 3pm. This is a Full time, Permanent position
