The Position You will be responsible for organising and administering effective implementation of all Learning and Development administration & training events. We are looking for someone to undertake this role on a part time basis of 25 hours per week worked between Monday-Friday. Key Accountabilities Maintaining the internal learning management system (The HUB) and ensuring the data is accurate and queries are managed within the agreed service level agreement Co-ordinating Learning and Development programmes including HSQE, induction, business skills, leadership and management development, technical skills, apprenticeships, IT and Sponsored Education programmes. Liasing with relevant training coordinators within the business Ensuring compliance with HSQE training matrices by organising all relevant training and renewing training when applicable Organising Learning and Development programmes by booking courses with internal and external providers, venues, inviting delegates, monitoring responses and attendance figures using the internal learning management system (The HUB), and ensuring that providers and delegates have all necessary training material and equipment on the day Monitoring attendance levels across all programmes Updating and maintaining employee training records using The HUB Assisting the People & Culture Partners/Talent Acquisition Team with the arrangements for People & Culture specific training i.e. HR for Managers Workshops, New Starter Networking Events Assisting the wider People & Culture UK&I team when required Knowledge Good understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of the training cycle from learning needs analysis to evaluation is useful but not essential Skills Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work with all levels in the organisation Ability to work independently and take initiative Ability to work in a busy open plan environment and within a team Experience Experience in organising training events and working in HR teams Experience in working in a shared service desirable Qualifications Qualified or part in CIPD is desirable At RES we celebrate difference as we know it makes our company a great place to work.
