Spencer Ogden is looking to hire Bilingual Junior Recruiters for our London office. As part of our ambitious growth plan to double our headcount over the next 2.5 years, we're building our networks across DACH, BENELUX, and The Nordics.
If you're fluent in English AND one of the following languages: German, French, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Spanish we want to hear from you!
No prior experience is required—we're looking for potential, and we'll provide full training and a clear career path to success.

What Does a Bilingual Junior Recruiter Do?
As a Junior Recruiter, You'll
* Build and nurture relationships with clients (B2B) and candidates, using your language skills to connect with them in their native language.
* Source highly skilled talent through headhunting, interviewing, and acting as the go-to consultant for your clients.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client needs to negotiating job offers.
* Earn uncapped commission and progress quickly in your career as you successfully place candidates.
This is a sales-based recruitment role, not an HR function; you will be spending time prospecting and hunting as we grow our candidate and client networks.
