As a Service Administrator at Zurich Municipal, you will help shape and develop the operational direction of this specialist sector. While this role is not customer-facing, you will support Sales Account Managers in delivering outstanding service to our customers through email and telephone interactions. If this sounds like you, let's discuss your needs during the interview. What will you be doing? Collaborate daily with your team and the wider Zurich Municipal Sales Team. Deliver exceptional service experiences for customers and stakeholders, providing timely and quality solutions. Manage and coordinate the tender process, ensuring compliance with legal and governance requirements. Support in logging complaints and providing closure information. Analyse data to assist the Sales Account Manager in meeting sales targets. Manage data quality to support accurate reporting and forecasting for the business. Take ownership of your workload while supporting team members to achieve collective goals. Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes. What are we looking for? Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is not essential. We value your willingness to learn and contribute.
