Holland & Barrett is undergoing a major Finance transformation, and as part of this journey, we are implementing OneStream as our new FP&A system. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Systems Manager on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of the OneStream platform. This role will work closely with our FP&A team and implementation partners to ensure the system delivers maximum value and supports our Finance Business Partners in creating detailed and effective budget models.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Implementation and Configuration:
o Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to design, build, and configure the OneStream system.
o Optimize the platform's capabilities to align with the organization's financial planning and reporting needs.
o Ensure integration with existing financial systems and data sources.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with the FP&A team to define and prioritize requirements.
o Act as a bridge between technical teams, implementation partners, and Finance stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the OneStream solution.
3. Budget Model Development:
o Provide ongoing support to Finance Business Partners in building detailed planning & forecasting models within OneStream.
o Ensure models are robust, scalable, and tailored to meet business needs.
o Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance proficiency with the system.
4. Ongoing Support and Maintenance:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for OneStream system support during the contract period.
o Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
o Implement best practices for system governance, change management, and user access controls.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for enhancing the functionality and usability of OneStream.
o Stay updated on OneStream's new features and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
Location:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.
The Person:
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience with OneStream implementation, configuration, and optimization.
* Strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Finance teams and technical stakeholders.
* Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in training and supporting Finance teams in using new systems.
Desirable:
* Experience in a retail or similar fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of broader Finance transformation initiatives and system integrations.
