Work Planner
Salary: £26,499 - £30,339 per annum
Location: Clifton, Nottingham
Hours: 35 x 2 - x1 fixed term and x1 perm

Our Property Services department plays a crucial role in coordinating design, installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair work for our housing stock. We’re excited about bringing our responsive repairs in house and expanding our team to allow us to better serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Work Planner, you will play a crucial role in the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of housing maintenance work for our trade teams and inspectors. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Diagnosing problems and estimating work hours required for maintenance tasks

Producing detailed work schedules to optimise team efficiency
*
Raising works orders using our in-house systems
*
Providing clear work instructions to trade teams and inspectors
*
Purchasing materials when required to facilitate seamless work execution
*
Ensuring all tasks are completed within relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8 am to 5 pm) and Friday (8 am to 4 pm) based from our offices in Bulwell, but moving to Clifton from October 2024
