The Team & Focus of the Role
Join our Infrastructure Services division, which helps deliver projects to build sustainable and lasting infrastructure across the UK in sectors such as electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables.
We focus on understanding client requirements, industry developments, and developing our team and systems for high-quality service delivery. The role involves project management from routing to construction and completion, along with consultancy services related to benchmarking, procedures, and management systems.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Newark, working 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for part-time or hybrid working arrangements.

Key duties:
* Managing infrastructure projects at various scales
* Providing land consultancy advice for maintenance and installation work
* Supporting clients with landowner interactions and negotiations
* Handling land referencing, statutory notices, and rights acquisitions
* Liaising with landowners and handling public enquiries
* Supporting wider projects and reporting to clients
* Mentoring team graduates
Candidate requirements:
* MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications preferred
* Strong project management and IT skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-management and deadline orientation
* Relationship-building and networking abilities
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
