SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)
Are you a great communicator with strong administrative skills? We're ready to provide you with the training you need to excel in this role.
You'll support our field teams by building relationships with Brokers and managing the administration of deals from proposal through to payout.

Location: Based in our Wellingborough head office you will initially work fully onsite to embed training, then you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
What you will do:
* Working closely with our Sales Team, you will build relationships with Brokers via phone and by providing effective administration.
* Raise regulated and complex finance documentation with accuracy and speed.
* Book asset inspections & manage the deal pipeline.
* Ensure data input is accurate and timely.
* Work with the team to enhance the overall Broker experience.
What you will bring:
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and relationship-building abilities.
* Proven administrative experience with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently without micromanagement.
* A strong team ethos.
* Experience in asset finance, financial services or a sales environment is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
