Supporting diary management, including arranging and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate. Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying, and mail-out distributions. Organising and planning meetings as necessary. Data gathering, recording and production of Dashboards, Key Performance Indicators and ongoing monitoring of data within the central project plan for the Keyworker Team, working with project team members, professionals and Parent Carer Forum to collect appropriate information. Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and the use of Excel spreadsheets to document data and display information.
