This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their customer service operations while supporting various administrative tasks within the office. Key Responsibilities Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders and ensure accuracy in documentation. Interdepartmental Support: Act as a runner between departments, keeping files and dates updated. Email Management: Respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally. Administrative Duties: Assist with general office administration tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
